A Simple, Sensible Concept:
I grew up in Europe where doctors have always been a phone call away from your house. After the birth of my daughter with severe health problems, I often found myself in situations where I wished I did not have to leave my house to go to a crowded ER and wait hours for my child to be attended to.
Through my predicament I saw a real need for improvement in the delivery of medical care services outside of the doctor’s office and the hospital. I figured that the old fashioned “Doctor House Call” would be a great alternative solution for those of us in need of medical attention outside of the “Life Threatening” situations.
In 2003 with the help and support of my children's Pediatrician Dr Peter Waldstein, I created a Doctor House Call service that initially serviced the Los Angeles Community. By 2005 we had started a fad and saw many “copy cat” services open in other cities and throughout the United States. We pride ourselves to have been the very first “Doctor House Call” service in California since the 1950s and to have brought back a most personalized and nurturing kind of care. Our doctors are skilled and dedicated individuals. Our fees have always been reasonable and our primary goal is your well being.
Today we have expanded our services and offerings to a National and International level. With KKD, we are committed to give you access to a wide variety of available medical resources and services at home. We pick and choose who we want to affiliate with and refer to you based on their quality of care, their fee structure, and references.
I do not want to give you less than I would expect for myself and my children! And at KKD we can!
